Schools reopening in Maldives

Its now vacation time for the school goers in Maldives. Many have come to Male’ from the Islands and some gone to the Islands and some abroad. Now it’s getting time to get back home and prepare for school. This year there is good news that the Government is taking care of the Books and uniforms for the students from Grade I to Grade X.

There are lots of good schools in Male’ as well as in the islands and mostly the teachers are foreigners from India and Sri Lanka. There will lots of new Teachers Joining as the education ministry recruits teachers for one year contract and some renew the contract and some don’t.
