I received an email with a from address service@paypal.com which quoted as below

Your PayPal billing information records are out of date. You must update your records immediately or you will not be able to pay with PayPal.

Luckily I use Gmail and Gmail marked this email as a phinishing email and I could see the source code of the mail. The url was Directing to another site which was used to steal password and other information like the credit card no etc.
