Importance of a Good Accommodation

One of the biggest problem for the people who live in Male’ the Capital of Maldives is proper accommodation. The population of Male’ is very high and the space available is very small. The accommodation cost is very high like for 1 bed room good fully furnished accommodation we need to pay around US$ 800 and for three bed room apartment may be around US$ 2000.00. Most the apartments are fully furnished and handed over in good condition.

Most of the expatriates living in Male’ need to compromise on the accommodation part. Some share with others, some live in one room with their kids and may be a house maid too all in one room. They may even have to cook in the same room.

Coming to the importance of proper accommodation for healthy living, as far as I am concerned, I need a good place to live or at least come  and sleep after a long day of work. My company takes care of my accommodation part and they have provided me with an excellent one. I cook my self and in fact I enjoy cooking. If you do not have a good place to stay then you will not be able to be able to perform well in your life. A place where you live will really reflect your capability and performance. You need to give some rest your body as well as mind to recoup your ability and refresh yourself. I work for long hours and finally come home get good sleep, do some exercise to maintain my physical health and do my blogging work. As you know the basic needs of a human being is Food, Clothing and shelter. If you have a good accommodation, you can organize yourself well and do things in a better way. Basically for a person like me, I do not have sufficient time to cook, wash my cloths as I need to spend more time for my office work, but if I have a good accommodation with all the facility, I can do all these things in a very short time. For example, I do not need to spend any time for washing my cloth, I have a fully automated washing machine, all I need to do is to put my used closed into the washing machine and switch it on and go for my work or go to sleep. When I come back from my work, or when I wake up in morning, I can put it for drying. Like this, there are many ways that you can make your work simpler if you have a good place to live. A good place to live is a place with sufficient space and comfort.

I am not telling that you need a very luxurious place to live, but a place where you are comfortable and feel relaxed, get sufficient privacy and good sleep to freshen up for the next days hard work.
