Maldives is group of islands. The islands look so beutiful when you view it from the sky. I got some snaps yesterday while traveling to Vilu reef resort in Maldives.

Just came back from Vilu Reef Resort after an unplanned official visit. I got some good pictures and videos of the resort. The tourist flow is bit less now as its off season in Maldives. Most of the resorts in Maldives run full or are overbooked from Aug to March of every year. April to July is somewhat off seasons and during this periods most of the resorts do all the necessary renovation work

Back from India

I was unable to any posts this now as I was traveling in India and just came back to Male’ last night. I was in Kerala as well as in Bangalore. It was good to be in India, having homely food, meeting friends and relatives.
This time I could not take much of pictures nor do any posts during my travel. I was really very busy. I see lots of changes happening and feel really proud seeing the developments. The climate was really hot in Kerala and Bangalore was also not that good. Surprisingly the airfare also gone up. Last time I had traveled from Trivandrum to Bangalore for less than INR 3000, but this time I had to pay INR 6000. Other news is the new International Airport will be opened soon so may be next time when I travel, I will get a chance to use the new airport in Bangalore. The US$ rate has gone up, I got INR 41 for US$ which is the highest in last 6 months I guess.
Now back to work, so I will be able to do some posts regularly

Just came back from Vilu Reef Resort in Maldives which is 128 kms from the Male’ International Airport. It is located in the South Nilandhe Atoll. The resort has facilities like Jacuzzi Water Villa, Honey Moon Villas and Presidential suits
It is near to Velavaru Island resort. The sea plane (TMA) first had a stop at Sun Island which also a resort in Maldives, then we enjoyed a real experience of flying just 10 feet above the sea for 15 minutes

I am right now on an official trip to a resort in Maldives. The resort is about 1 hour fly from the Male’ International airport called Vilu Reef. I have some excellent videos taken from the sea plane which I will post when I will be back to Male’. Probably I should be traveling back tomorrow. I did some posts on my Money making blog, but here I could not do as I need to work on the pictures and videos. I forgot to carry the cable to transfer the pictures from my camera or I could have posted it now. I am using EDGE to access Internet on my laptop. Just using the Internet sharing feature of my windows mobile pocket pc. I use a HTC TyTN which has this feature. All I need to do is connect the pocket pc to my laptop USB port using the cable provided with the pocket pc and go to the connection manager and activate the Internet sharing. Its done, I can even upload images and use my window live writer which I use to do my posts.
I believe in using the best and latest technology. I use features like Microsoft push technology, almost like a blackberry to get my emails pushed to my PDA.
